Lowcountry VegFest (LCVF) Partners, Fees, and Application

1. Event Sponsor (for-profit or non-profit) application fee is $350 with an additional $25 for electricity and includes your logo in the LCVF brochure distributed on event day, a linked logo on the LCVF website, logo on back of the LCVF event t-shirt, logo on the LCVF promotional poster, and an optional booth space on event day at Shelter Cove Community Park. You may also contribute 200 marketing/promotional items for the free swag bags to be given away to the first 200 event attendees. Limit: 20 sponsors.

Deadline for sponsor applications & fees is September 8, 2019.

Sponsors choosing to sell vegan beer and/or vegan wine must obtain an ABL-900 one day event alcohol license. Instructions HERE. 2. For-Profit Vendor application fee is $125 with an additional $25 for electricity and includes a mention in the LCVF brochure distributed on event day, linked mention on the LCVF website, and a booth space.

• There will be a limit of 15 of ‘ready-to-eat meals’ vendor applications accepted. NOTE: this limit has been met. Packaged food, snacks, treats, desserts, and drink vendors will still be accepted.

3. Non-Profit Exhibitor application fee is $Free with an additional $25 for electricity and includes a mention in the LCVF brochure distributed on event day, linked mention on the LCVF website, and a booth space. Exhibitors are permitted to sell merchandise to raise funds and to collect donations.

VOLUNTEER SPEAKERS: We will be curating a speaker series under a tent in Section A. If you would like to be considered for a 30 minute talk, please indicate such on your application and propose a topic.
